Terms & Conditions
You are the guest and customer of the motel where you stay - you are also the customer of your host when using Voilà®.
As a rule of thumb, you will use the Internet connection of your host with all the care you would use your own Internet connection, and you will comply with the NZ laws. If you are unsure about what is good or bad, ask your host. Voilà® provides the moteliers with access codes produced on demand we refer to it as coupons, as they are written down on a coupon that is given to you.
The following rules are a constant across all the sites:
- Overnight coupons have no limit of traffic or time spent on the Internet between the moment they are generated and the check out time 10 am the next day.
- Hourly coupons have no limit of traffic but you can only spend one hour in a row on the Internet. In other words, this hour starts when the web interface (where you enter the code) notifies you you have access to the Internet and stops 60 minutes later. If you start using it after 9 am, the expiration time will take precedence over the amount of time left, and your access will stop at 10 am.
- Weekly coupons are just like overnight coupons, but they expire at 10 am 7 days later.
