1. Start Outlook and click Tools from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Select E-mail Accounts from the drop down menu.

2. From the E-Mail section, select the option button next to View or change existing e-mail accounts. Click the Next button.

3. Highlight your E-Mail account then click the Change button.

4. Change the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field to the SMTP server of the motel. Feel free to enquire at the reception to obtain it. Click More Settings...

5. Make sure the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is NOT ticked, then click OK.

6. Click Next

7. Click Finish
